This program is intended to match current rowers and recent grads with Alums that can share insights, advice and answer questions that will hopefully assist the current generation of Rutgers rowers.  

 

The experience of having rowed Crew at Rutgers has enabled many Alumni to go on to great success in the fields of medicine, law, business, research, teaching, the military and others. Our alumni are in a position to provide our current athletes with the information they need to accomplish their post-graduation goals.

Once paired, mentors and mentees can schedule a brief call where Alums can answer questions, share insights and provide advice about their respective field. It’s a great way for Alums to give back, stay connected, and support the next generation of Rutgers rowers.
